Access Customer FortiGate Web GUI Management remotely over LTE/4G only constantly is dropping out, and looping back to GUI Web Login. After extensive testing the issue only occurs on LTE/4G Connections, this does not occurr on VDSL, or Fixed Line Connections. I have tested Web GUI Access from a O2 UK LTE/4G Connection, and the issue does not occur, the issue goes away when I use a VPN, I have tested this to be the case with NordVPN, and Proton VPN.
I have attempted creating custom Service Port, and specified Source Port Range, and custom FW Policy, it has slightly improved, but will eventually drop-out, and Loopback to GUI Login Page. When running WireShark Traces I am seeing TCP Port numbers reused on-going. I have altered the Windows Source Port availably. I also edited the Allows synchronous XHR requests in page dismissal Flag in Edge Browser as I am getting a deprecated Message.
Has anyone else experienced the above with any other services?
I resolved this issue, I was suffering Windows TCP Port Exhaustion.
Only occurring with HTTPS, tried SSH, does not occur with SSH.
