PAYG - 5G Addon not available

PAYG Customer.

Device:

 

Samsung S20 FE 5G (Purchased from Three Store).

Device OS is up-to-date (Security Patch Level: 01-October-2022).

 

Issue:

 

I normally buy a 28 Day 5G addon as a service every month.

However, this month I have no Data addons available (the Data tab does not even appear within the services page).


I did some Googling and it suggests that I should ensure my device is up-to-date and has a 5G sim.
My device is up-to-date, and the fact that I've been buying the 5G addons for over a year would suggest that my sim is 5G capable.

I have checked my account via the My Three app and via web browser and the results are the same.

 

 

Have Three changed their 5G service availability, or is this currently a known issue?

 

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
