Poor Broadband speed!

Why is the speed so poor? Done several speed tests recently and generally lucky to get 1.5mbs download on my 3 broadband and that is early on a Saturday morning, compared to 21.5mbs when hotspoting from my Vodafone mobile! I can even see the base station from my house!

Sometimes your too close to get a good signal.
Is that mast definatley a three one?

I know what you mean but distance shouldn't be an issue in this case as the same mast has Three and Vodafone on it.

@MartyJ Hi there 👋 I'm happy to take a look at this for you. @billbond4 is correct, you may be too close to that mast so you could actually be connecting to a different one. I can check that for you. Tell me, how long have you been noticing this happening? Also, what's your general area, not just the county? Let me know 👍
