I am wondering if it's at all possible to port forward 3Broadband Unlimited 5G Silver Plan.
I’m looking to VPN my local network, which involves to have a public IP address and Port Forwarding.

Hey @Oscar_08462,, Welcome to the 3Community 🙂
I have checked this here for you and on the ZTE MC801A 5G Hub that comes with this plan, there is an option in "Advanced Settings" on the UI and in there is the settings for enabling Port Forwarding. The Public IP can also be added after you have joined the plan, all you need to do is call us to activate this on the account and then we will send you on the APN Settings.
I joined already. I’ll check the forwarding option now.
Which phone number should I call to request the public IP?

Hey @Three_Niall i have the same necessity to have a public ip and to enable port forwarding on my plan 3Broadband 5G Silver Exclusive. I have changed the APN to Open.Internet.Public but i still see a private IP for my wan port on the router. can you tell me what number to call to get it activated? Thanks!
Hey @Add_40759, thanks for posting here, if you are looking to call to get the public IP added to your account you would need to call our dedicated broadband team on 1913 or you can contact us here via PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can add this on the account for you.
