Prepay roaming booster for US/Canada

Hi, I have seen a 500mb 30 day roaming booster mentioned on here and the three website. It mentions going to manage services in my 3 and going under the international section. However when I log into my3 the only sections I see are reading, roaming & data.

Roaming is only related to a €4 a day for 1GB plan and data relates to adding data in Ireland. 

Are these boosters still possible? I am a 3pay 20 customer

@Add_8steve4279 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. Thanks for all the above details. In the link, you've given the international option is selected as an example. If you're looking to use data while in US/Canada you'd be looking under the roaming tab.

Regarding the roaming add-ons, I would suggest activating the Roaming Day Pass 1 add-on. This gives you a bigger data allowance & unlimited calls while in the US/Canada. The 500MB booster is called US/Can Data Booster 28 Day, if it's not showing in your add-on list can you double-check that the name of your plan is called 3 Prepay 20 or 3Prepay?
