Terrible 5G (Gold) broadband speeds

Hello,

I’ve had 5G broadband for a few weeks now. I was installed by Three themselves. I was expecting 100+ MB speeds but I’m barely getting 5mbps. The most I got was around 35mbps when it was first installed but then it went down hill since then. 

We haven’t changed any settings or wires or anything. 

What could be the reason?
