Trying to Cancel Broadband

My plan is about to expire on the 24th of June and I want to ensure this is the last date I am charged for so I want to give notice with 30 days in advance. The problem is that I have moved abroad suddenly for business. I have tried calling the freephone number but it doesn't work and my mobile plan here doesn't cover international calls. I thought I could email someone but I can't as they don't give an email. I am keen to be able to message Three, but again that doesn't appear to work. It's very easy to sign up, but difficult to cancel 😞   Any ideas from anyone on how to contact Three to cancel?

Hey @AnthonyJohn_70135 happy to assist you here, the earliest that you can cancel a bill pay account is 30 days before the contract ends so if your contract ends on June 24th then the earliest you can place the 30 days notice on the account is May 25th, 

 

If you are looking to call out broadband team you can do this from abroad by calling 353833333333 or you can contact our Web Messaging Team here and they will also be able to assist you with cancelling the contract.

 

HI thanks for the prompt response; two things, first I read the details at it said that I must give  "'30 days notice of termination" implied into that is 'at least', or does it mean precisely 30 days? So must I cancel on precisely the 25th of May? That appears odd, but it is the only way both pieces of information align. Second, the link for the Web messaging team simply goes to a screen linked below which does not allow me message anyone, it simply says disable your pop up blocker; which I have done on Chrome as per Three's instructions and I disabled my Ad Blocker in case that was affecting it. Nothing works?   Thanks Anyway.

@AnthonyJohn_70135 when you request for the account to be cancelled it will be cancelled 30 days from the date you request the cancellation, eg if you requested the cancellation today the account would cancel on aprox June 5th and the final bill would show an early termination fee which is the remaining days on the contract pro rated.

 

I have checked the above link and this is currently working however as the Message Us button is not appearing I would recommend checking another browser.
