I've been trying to access the "Message Us" feature on the website but it keeps saying "Please refresh the page and start a new conversation". I do that, but it doesn't work.
So here I am.
I would like to cancel my broadband.
Contract expired on 18th Mar, 2020

@MattH No problem, pop me a PM with your details (broadband number, full name, address and date of birth) and I'll look after it for you. I'm also wondering if clearing your cache will fix the Messaging problem!

Hi Laur,
The Message Us feature still isn't working for me.
The speed was good at our former location (10+Mbit), but since moving house, the speed is very poor (<1Mbit).
