@Sasha_25176 Hi there, to cancel your broadband account you'll need to contact our care team via 1913 or speak with our messaging team here. You'll need the broadband number linked to the account but if you're unsure of the number you can also supply the agent with the IMEI number located on the bottom of the router to help the agent locate your account.
