Your My3 App updates are done via your device's app store.
- Google Play store for Android devices
- Apple App Store for iOS devices
Just open the relevant app store for your device and search for "My3 Account" and you should see the current status of your app update listed in the results.
If there is an "Update" option available here then you can use it to update your My3 App.
If you have not opened the My3 app for some time, and are being automatically logged in, we suggest logging out of the app and logging in again manually, as this will present you with the latest update information.
