What the My3 App has to offer for Bill Pay Customers.

View your Bill - To view your most recent Bill, all you need to do is click on Bills at the bottom of the screen.

On this screen, you’ll also get the option to Set up Direct Debit, Make a Payment and view your Payment history.

 

View Previous Bills  Want to see a bill from the last 12 months? Not a problem for the new My3 App, all you need to do is click on Bills from the menu at the bottom of the screen, then click Past Bills. In this screen, you’ll see a list of all the bills that are available for you to view.  

 

Make Payment  Making payment on the My3 App couldn’t be easier. Once you're on the Bills page, you’ll see all the payment options available.

 

Set up a Direct Debit – Want to make sure that you never forget to pay your bill? Then setting up a Direct Debit will be the perfect option for you. To watch a video on how to set up your Direct Debit, please just click below.

 

all Allowances - Monitoring your usage couldn’t be easier. To view, click View all Allowance on your dashboard. This will give you access to all your allowance, Data, Calls, and Texts.

Need more info about your usage? Then just click View full data usage

 

Change your Price Plan - Do you want to change your price plan? No problem on your home screen, simply scroll down until you see Change Plan. Once you click onChange plan you’ll be presented with the plans available for you to switch to.

View your Allowances: To see what remains of your plan's allowances at any given time, all you need to do is click on View all allowances on your dashboard.

 

View usage: once you’ve clicked on View all allowances, you’ll be able to view your data, calls and text allowances, and you’ll also be able to see full details of your usage.

 

Credit Balance: From your My3 app, you’ll have the ability to complete a once-off top-up for yourself and others by card or voucher, set up a recurring top-up and view your balance and top-up history.

 

Top up Now: Clicking Top up now will enable you to process a one-off top up. All you’ll need to do is follow the directions on screen.

 

Top up by voucher: If you’ve purchased a top-up voucher, you can apply it to your account through your My3 account. Just click the button Top up by voucher you’ll be directed to enter the voucher code.

 

Schedule Top-up: Did you know that you could set up your top-up to automatically apply every 28 days? If this is something that you’re interested in, all you need to do is click on Schedule top up. In the next screen, you’ll select the top-up amount and date and confirm the payment details.
