Last Friday I got a text message from Three stating that if I texted XXXX number to them (50333) I would get 10 euro credit. I did it, and nothing happened. Contacted Three support throught My3 the next day and an agent told me I would get the credit in 24h. 2 days later I got no credit, sms or email, nothing.
Can someone check? I sent my details by PM to Niall Three.
