I was told that €20 free credit was added to my account. I don't see it there. Presume it is the right number!

@Tonnio If the number has call & text capability its intended use is for a mobile phone. We cannot guarantee that the SIM will work in a broadband device. Why not check out our prepay broadband offers here?

@Tonnio @VillageMan38 Hi there & thanks for reaching out. I've checked with our back office team & due to a systems error, an SMS was sent in error on Thursday advising of €20 free credit. Please disregard the SMS, we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
