Hi,
I recently purchased the 3 Prepay Hero plan which should have unlimited calls. The call bundle shows as expired in my3.ie
customer agent added 100 free minutes so I can make calls but that won’t be a permanent solution if the bundle isn’t activating correctly.
Can someone take a look at this or is it a known issue with the new bundle ?
@Luke_15673 Hi Luke & welcome to the 3Community. We're aware that some customers who signed up for the 3 Prepay Hero plan were experiencing difficulties with their plan allowances. A fix has now been put in place your correct allowances have been added to your account. Can you log into your My3 account to confirm they are showing?
