3 text promised €20 bonus next 20 top up. Bonus not applied

[Add_82336]

I received this text from Three:

Your number is inactive. Ready to reactivate? Top Up by €20 or more and get €20 bonus credit. Use it on international calls, boosters, purchases on eligible apps via 3Pay, and more. Top Up now 3.ie/wyvcx To opt out of marketing messages, text OPTOUT to 50333

I topped up and never received the 20 euro bonus.

Is there a trick to getting the bonus?

Hey @Add_82336 thanks for posting here, don't worry there isn't any tricks or secrets but I would recommend speaking to our Web Messaging Team Here who can have a look at the account for you.
