3Prepay all credit gone after scheduled topup

My scheduled top-up went through on March 13th for €20, bringing my balance to €47.28. A few minutes after midnight on the 16th I got a text that my balance was low and started to have issues with service. When I log into usage it shows all €47.28 being charged for GPRS usage just before midnight. Such usage always shows as €0.00. Can you look into this please?

Hey @Carl1, We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.

Is there any update to these issues we are all having? My previous balance is still not restored and I've now had a declined payment for a subscription and have had to manually top up.
