A month ago I bought a €4.99 500MB data addon with my balance credit. I was able to use it normally for the first 10 days or so, but suddenly one day your system stopped taking MBs from that addon and, as I was using mobile data, I started being charged towards the rest of my available balance credit at the time. I still had about 340MB left out of the 500MB I had bought, and still almost 3 weeks to use it.
This immediately erased the 16 euro I had in my balance and left me unable to navigate (even though I still had data allowance remaining in my addon). I contacted support several times and I was able to get a portion of my credit back (not all of it) but they told me there was "an issue" as some users were having the same problem with data addons not properly working. This credit was immediately consumed afterwards when I navigated a bit more.
So, despite still having more than 340MB to use, this addon for which I had spent 4.99, was useless, as the issue was still there and I would lose all the credit again if I "dared" to connect to Internet again. I was left with no option than to do a €20 top up (which made the 4.99 euro addon even more useless).
Now my top up has expired and I have about 30 credit in my balance, however, I want some assurances that the issue affecting data addons is not there. Otherwise if I but another 500MB addon I will find myself in the same situation again, losing all my balance and unable to navigate.
