I am currently on a EUR20 plan. I had schedule the topped up and it should be automatically top up on 16th June. But on 14th June, my plan didn’t work and I have no internet and can’t do anything. So I have to top up by myself on 14th, and after, on 16th June ,I was be charge again. I already check my account, it was charged me twice. I would like a refund, thank you!
