Account marked inactive despite topup

Hi my account has the following:

Avoid Deactivation.
Your Prepay account is about to be deemed inactive. Your service will continue however to remain active; you will need to make a call, send a text, or use data. You can also top up your account too.

From Three. Your account has been inactive for almost 175 days. After 180 days of inactivity Three will no longer send you any further service, or marketing communications, any outstanding credit balance will also be cancelled, and you may also lose your phone number. Should you wish to maintain your account as active you will need to make a call, send a text, use data, or top up your account.

 

Can someone look into this for me please

Hi there @ng1, if you have made a credit reducing activity then you're account will remain active. There are no further steps required of you.
