Add-on charge added to next bill?

Hi,

I’m trying to add a 3-day roaming add-on to my phone. I’m on a legacy plan where I keep my credit after topping up and I’m trying to figure out if I can use my credit for the add-on but it’s very confusing.

currently I have about €16 euro credit and I haven’t topped up in about 6 weeks (as I’m away from Ireland). I want to purchase a 3-day plan (€15) will this be taken from my credit or will my next top-up cost €20 + €15?

also do I need to top-up before the add-on works?

Hey @Jaybee, I'd love to help you here.

When you are on Prepay, any add-ons that are purchased will be taken directly from your credit when you purchase the add on. For example if you have €16 credit and the addon is €15 then the €15 will be taken from your balance when you purchase the Addon.

The only reason that you would need to top up before applying the addon is if you don't have enough credit in your balance. If there's any more questions on this let me know with a comment.
