I topped 20 on Mar 7th and received EUR20 is activated but I received a message on Mar 16th that my balance is 0. I topped again for 20 and received EUR20 is activated but when I checked my My3 account there's "no allowance" or EUR20 is not activated in my account. Please fix this. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue. Topped up for 3pay20 on the 1st of March and now no data.

Same here, I have 9 days left on my prepay plan but last night my remaining credit was charged as data and now my account shows no allowances at all

I am having the same issue, my credit completely drained and my account is showing no allowances. 

I even tried topping up with another €20 but it still says no allowances. Big waste of money!

Hey @342287152  , We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
