171 for voicemail is treated as a special number so isn't covered by unlimited 3 to 3 calls or the 60 off network minutes in my €20 package. Please allow access to 171 from the prepay package. This is worse than the package I used to have with you but I had to change package to try 5G. If it stays this way I'll be leaving Three.
