When I topped up my phone by e20 on 20Feb, balance was e144.49 available. Then when I topped up by e20 on 20Mar, available credit is e26.56 (6.56 remaining & 20 top up) - why is all my credit gone???
@Amy22 Hi there, you might have already done this, but could you check your "events" in My3. Go back over calls, text and data since the 20th of Feb. Have you made any extra calls to non-Three customers or even international calls. Please remember that 083/086 numbers started with Three but might be on a different network.
