Balance Showing 0 even after topping up by €20

I'm on the 3 Prepay 20 plan. Today I topped up by €20 activating my plan benefits . 

However, I checked my balance and it is 0? 

What happens when my plan benefits expire? 

Do I need to top up by a smaller amount if for whatever reason I don't want the plan benefits activated but still would like a credit balance?

Hey @deirdret_00655 I'd be happy to help you here. On the 3Prepay plan and top up by €20 or more, your plan is automatically activated and €20 is removed from your balance to purchase the plan. 

Once your plan has expired you will only be able to use calls, texts or data if you have additional credit on your balance as you won't have any allowances available however you can add credit to your balance without activating the allowances by topping up by less than the activation amount, €20 on the 3Prepay 20 plan.
