Balance showing 0.22 despite topping on Super Surfer.

Topped up by 20 euros, my Super Surfer account shows full amount of data, calls and texts but credit is 0.22 cents and I can't make phone calls. Why?

Hey @Add_56115, thanks for posting here, on the Super Surfer plan when you top up by €20 the credit is used to activate the allowances of the plan and doesn't apply to the balance. I would recommend restarting your phone and then checking your My3 App where you should be able to see your allowances active.
