Anytime I top up my 28 days all you can eat data my balance still shows 0 , I receive all I can eat data and calls and texts but balance at 0 , my sim use to be on The 48 as a bill sim and I changed over to three.ie 28 days all you can eat , should I get in contact with the 48 ?
@GBW1980 Hi there, not to worry this is how your plan is intended to work.
When you top up by your plan amount in one go, your credit balance will be debited from your account. Your new prepay plan benefit will then activate. As a result, your balance could appear as €0.00 on your account but you will have all the features of your new plan. For example, if you're on the 3 Prepay 20 plan and top up €20 in one go. €20 will then be debited to activate your plan allowances & your balance will show as 0. If you log into your My3 account you'll see your plan allowances.
If you're looking to have a credit balance on your account I would suggest topping up less than €20 so it will be added to your balance. For more details on your plan why not check out Your Prepay Plan Explained. If you have any further questions let me know 😊
I need help I topped up €20 and it says i have €0 balance, none of the features work aswell

I'd be happy to help you here, firstly can you check to see if you topped up by €20 in one transaction as you will need to top up by the full activation amount in one transaction to activate the plan. I feel ripped off. I still had the majority of my 28 days remaining and I wanted to add 20 euro credit which was just swallowed up. What's the benefit of the rationale behind this. Why would I extend my plan within a week.
Hi @Add_25894 I'm sorry to hear about your experience, plan activation is automated and if you top up by your plan's activation amount it automatically reactivates your plan. As you were just looking to add credit to your account I'd be happy to have a look at your account and see if there is anything that I can do. I top up €20 on Friday 14th March for the Three Super Sufer. Everything was working fine. Until today my internet wasn’t working and it say my balance was 0? So I tried to switch to another plan and top up €25 for the Three Connect Complete plan and it’s still not working and show 0 balance???? You just scammed me €45
Hey @Hanh_35350, We are aware that some Three prepay customers experienced issues with call, SMS, and data services on Sunday. The issue has now been fully resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you're still unable to use services as normal, please restart your device, and your service should resume. We can confirm that no customer will lose credit due to this issue, and Three is working to ensure that any impacted customers are credited appropriately in the coming days.
