I am new in Three. I have 25 plan. My first Top Up was made by the agent at store. I topped up 25 euro more to have it for next month and save every 28 days payment. Unfortunately my balance still shows 0€.
Hi @PD_82070 topping up by €25 in one top up will automatically activate your plan. Credit balance on your account can not be used to activate your plan as it is the top up action that triggers plan activation. So that you don't need to remember to top up every 28 days I recommend scheduling a top up to read more about this please have a look at our blog How to: Schedule a Top-Up.

Hi @PD_82070 and welcome to 3Community 👋 Prepay plans are automatically activated once a top up of the activation amount is complete. This means if you are on Prepay plan Three Connect Complete and you top up by €25 your plan will automatically activate. Please have a look at our blog All About: Prepay Plan Activation for more information on how Prepay plans activate.

I still quite don't understand how does it works. Does it mean that I cannot acumulate amount on top up account for further payments? I need to wait every 28 days and then pay enough amount to activate plan for another 28 days? If so I want a return of my 25 euro I paid yesterday. As I mentioned plan was already activated by the Agent at the store and I just wanted to acumulate another 25 euro for next month.
