Being charged 2 euro data day pass every day .

Hi i recently got a new nokia 110 4g phone , i have noticed that when you turn on the phone each time it uses 6kb of data every time which activates the 2 euro day pass . i have data turned off on my phone as i only use my phone for calls and texts , could you please turn data off on my account as i don't need it  .
