Hey @SyedHussain_240 thanks for posting here, as this is in the Prepay section I assume you are a Prepay customer. Unfortunately an invoice/bill showing a monthly usage is not available on Prepay and would only be available for Bill Pay customers.

Hey @Dousx500 thanks for posting here, to download your bill you will need to select View All Bills on the home Dashboard to select the bill you want to download.

I’m a prepay customer, but I need a receipt from my latest scheduled top up. How can I get it?

Hey @Ericatelli , thanks for contacting us here, with prepay top ups you wouldn't receive a receipt however pop through to me here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check to see if I can organise something for you.
