Can not port number

Hi

 

I am trying to purchase a new phone from the website and when it comes to the option for keeping my own number, it says it can not be ported. I am already a three customer and want to l keep my own number. How can I get it to accept my number ?

@A_j  Ah ok, in that case, log into your My3 account and on your dashboard, under the image and name of your current phone, you'll see an Upgrade Device option. Select that and follow the steps to order your upgrade 😃 Let me know how you get on 👌

I tried this on my phone through the app several times and it did not work. I tried on my laptop and it eventually worked.
