Charged directly for data but still have allowance left

Bullet points:

• Bought €5 data add on May 28th
• Got a text message at 17.54 yeaterday to say i've reached "80% of 431.75MB" and my balance was low
• Checking my charge history:
  • Charged €10.68 @ 15.54 yesterday  for data usage (pic attached)
  • Used more data AFTERWARDS and was not charged (same pic)
• On my home page it CURRENTLY says 389MB left of 500MB (second pic attached)
• Also says "expires June 26th"
• Balance now Zero

So if the information on my homepage is correct I should not have been charged for data? 

So either 1) my data usage being displayed on my homepage is completely wrong, or 2) there was some bug where I temporarily didnt have the data allowance?
