Can’t buy add ons or change plan

Hello,

I can’t buy add ons or change my plan after I tried to add the Voice Booster 100 minutes €5 a month recurring. I only added this last month but it just didn’t renew this month so I was trying to add it again.

The error at the top of the add on page now is - “We can't complete this action for (My Phone Number). Please contact one of our online experts for support”.

I have contacted live chat and they have raised a ticket for me, just wondering could someone here fix it quicker for me?
