I can't cancel nor find a schedule top up from my account. All the options appear except that one. I have been navigating the website for a while now and nothing shows up on the screen, but I get the payment on my bank account every month. My account is prepay.
Hi @Add_27428, I can help you cancel your scheduled top-up. Once you've logged into your My3 app, scroll down to the Credit balance section, click either Top up now or Schedule top up, then select Scheduled Top-ups. Here are the details of your scheduled top-up, and you'll see an option to delete.
