I have the three super surfer plan and can’t make calls or send text messages. When i consult my balance its says that i have 200 minutes left! The message that i heard when i m making a call is that i have no credits! Why this is happening?
Hey @Marcia_37256, thanks for posting here, when you are making these calls and texts to a standard mobile number or are these to premium numbers such as a competition that may require a charge to enter?
