Can’t port number out of Three

Hi,

I need to move my number off the Three network until Wi-Fi calling is available on the iPhone.

Data is much better on Three than my previous provider but unfortunately I am missing too many indoor calls going straight to voicemail. I did not have this issue when using eir Wi-Fi calling.

unfortunately I’ll probably loose my hero plan which is a great deal but I highly depend on Wi-Fi calling.

I am stuck trying to port my number out of Three.

Eir, Vodafone and 48 port request have all failed.

I believe they get a multiline/singleline mismatch and the port fails.

My account for some reason was multiline for a SIM card I have never used.

I have tried all combinations of account types but all operators are now point back at Three to get the issue resolved.

Can this be escalated internally please ?

Hi @Luke_15673, If you are on the hero plan then your account type would be prepaid. To determine if you are registered with us, do you have a My3 account that you registered your details on? If yes, then the new network needs to submit the port as prepaid registered. If not, then the full account type is prepaid unregistered.

If they have tried both combinations I can check your account to confirm what account type you are, just PM with your details and I can support. Dearbhaile
