How can I call to Japan?

Hi. My plan is 3 prepay which isn't including international call. But I need call to Japan emergency.

However, I couldn't find how to add international call plans. Is it possible to add international call plan with my plan? Or do I have to change my plan to do international call? Please tell me how to add international call plan if possible🥲( Because I called the store of three today, but she didn't realize what I said, she didn't understand "Japan", and she said come to store for explain... it was so sad)

We do have a new suite of plans available which you can view here 👉 https://www.three.ie/shop/plans/prepay-phone-plans.html if you want to check these out. Our 3 Prepay 30 plan comes with international mins which includes Japan and the other plans will allow you to add international minute add ons if needed. Hope this helps. Dearbhaile
