Cannot add Three Pay to google account

I want to add Three Pay to my Google account but it is not showing as an option, is there some way to enable this on your end so that I can add?  Thanks

Hi, when I log into my google account and try to enter a new payment method there is no option for Three Pay it will only let me add credit/debit card

Thanks Stacy, I was able to do it by putting my sim in android phone.
