On Monday the 13th of March I attempted to top up my credit to enable my pay as you go plan. My chosen bank card did not have enough money on it so the top up and charge failed. I added money to the bank card and attempted to top up my phone, and this time the top up was approved.
Upon checking my bank account, I can see that I have two identical top up charges of 20 euro at 13:34 pm, and both have been processed and accepted by the merchant. Could you please reverse one of the charges as only one should have gone through.
