Charged twice for top up

Hi, 

I got the notification that my prepay was running out today, so I manually topped up 20 euro to activate my Prepay 20 plan to ensure I could use my phone, about two hours later a further 20 euro was taken from my account, despite the fact that I  had already topped up. Please fix this as soon as possible
