Offers a day or 2 delivery depending on what time it's been ordered but got an email saying it won't arrive for another 11 days cause it's being restocked wtf! Why doesn't it say on the website that's it out of stock and why take our money when yous don't have it in stock? Then when ask for refund it takes 21 days after 10 days to process!!! What is the highest department to complain to cause I have read other reviews and it isn't just me having problems. Three company needs to sort their **bleep** out

Hi Tan, once a new shipment arrives if your order is then processed for delivery you'll be sent an email to notify along with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. All orders are stock dependent & we're currently waiting on the phone manufacturer to deliver the next shipment.
