Consistently being charged for EUR2 day pass

I’m constantly getting texts saying 

From Three: Your EUR2 DayPass has been activated. Enjoy up to 100MB of data up to midnight. EUR1.30 per MB once you go over 100MB. and I don’t use any data but I’m still charged ?

I'd love to help you here, depending on your plan there may be an additional €2 Day pass applied when your device connects to Mobile Data. Can you check if you have switched off your Wi-Fi Assist? This feature also needs to be disabled to ensure that the phone doesn't connect to mobile data, even if you have turned off mobile data in the settings. Depending on your phone, there may be an option in your settings to control what your apps connect to. I'd suggest you double check to make sure that mobile data is switched off here as our apps are continually running even when we're not using them.
