Credit Going Really Fast

Hi, I always top up 20€ monthly with pre-pay and was perfectly fine with the plan until recently. Nothing with my usage has changed yet my credit goes really fast after topping up and I am always left with no money in order to call. Why does the credit run out as if it’s charging me for the data but the plan includes “All You Can Eat” data?

@RyanForan Hi Ryan, can I get you to log into your My3 account & let me know what is the name of your prepay plan? Once I have the name of the plan I'll be able to advise on what is covered by your plan & what could possibly be using up your credit. 

You can also check on your charges through your My3 account. For a full breakdown of your credit use, log in to your My3 account and click 'View Events' under Top Used Allowances to see what your credit has been used for.
