Hi, My dad put credit through for me last week from his bank acc, It's showing as gone from his account but it still hasn't been applied to my phone. Where has this gone?
@Luke4 Hi there 👋 Tell me, do you know what bank your Dad is with and if the charge has completed or is still pending? I'll also need to know the day the top-up was added. If you don't know, ask your Dad and then get back to me here 👌
I am experiencing the same problem. I topped up more than twelve hours ago from my bank and my Three account still has not been credited. I have to access my voicemails while I am working from home. Any advice?
@Aileen101 Hi there 👋 Tell me, has your credit come through since you posted? If not, let me know which bank you're with and if the transaction has completed or is at pending status when you check your banking online 👍
