Credit not on phone

I topped up my account yesterday. On my online account I can see that the credit has gone through, but on my phone I have no data and it has not gone through.

@Luisa5 hi there, glad to hear your plan is active 😊 Remember to keep an eye on your allowances through My3. You have 1GB of data, Unlimited calls to Irish networks, and 60 texts  💪
