Credit not restored after Sunday's tech problem

Hi there

I topped up by €20 on March 9th but my credit was wiped out last Sunday during Three's tech problem, leaving me with just a little more than 1 euro (My total balance was € 33.40) While data is now working, the balance has not yet been restored (as promised on national newspapers;). Any chance I will get it back? (Please)

Hi there,

It's the 22nd of March today and still no sign of any credit being restored to my three account. What is going on? I can't make any phone calls (only three.ie numbers) and that starts to impact my life!  What does it take to fix this? What about some free minutes to any network for your affected customers?

I had my credit restored this morning with an expiry of 18SEP25.  Hope you get yours back soon.  6 days was a long time to restore credit.

Still no sign of mine coming back, and it was E65. Fairly annoyed, they would be fast enough coming after you if YOU owed them money.

Hello 

I got my credit back.  I did send an email to 3 

customer.care@three.ie

 I gave details about no credit and asked them to provide a complaint number.  This effectively starts a clock. They have 10 days to resolve or u can refer it to Comreg.  Complaint to comreg will lead to fine.
