Credit removed, no notification

€23 of credit was removed from my account yesterday, by Three Care, according to the My3 app. I received no notification beforehand regarding top-ups, etc.

@Tony_61523 Hi Tony, I can check on this here for you. Can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? 

 You'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.

@Tony_61523 You'll need to increase your rank before you can PM, you're close to ranking up so I would suggest checking out some of our Latest 3 News or Ideas Board & like some of the posts or comment on them if you're interested.

Hi Shane. I've done some of that, and still can't send a PM. Assuming this message doesn't bump me over the limit to be able to PM, how much more do I need to do?
