Hi, looking for my deposit back. Get my phone in August last year and they told me in the shop, I can get my deposit back after 6 months. How can I get my deposit back?

@Add_01103 hi there, do you remember what date in August? The deposit goes back on the 7th bill. Have you checked your balance via My3 to see if it's in credit?

Hi, I just checked my contract. The date was 14th August 2021. I have already paid 8 bills. There is no credit at My3 account. Thank you
