Hi, I accidentally did a double top up since the first time sent me back to add my card details. Is there any way to refund my card or have this credit available for next month in my 3 account?

I had same issue.I paid twice on 25th of September I looked for solution in local 3 but they didn't help. I tried to send PMfrom here but I also can't right after I click"Send me a PM" it just seys I can't. Could you please help me?
