I topped up on August 9th. Today, on August 11th, when I went outside, I noticed that the signal was weak, so I thought that the top-up on August 9th might not have been successful and that my plan wasn’t activated. Therefore, I connected to Wi-Fi and topped up again. However, when I checked now, I found that the top-up on August 9th was indeed successful, and the money was deducted.
I would like to request that the top-up on August 11th be canceled and either refunded or applied to next month’s payment.
