Double topup

Was promised a refund a almost a month ago after a double top up from my account and from scheduled top up. Reached out to the agent and was told it will be credited back into my account in 3 to 5 working days but nothing has happened and now its time for top up again n my fear is the same double top up will go on. 3 sends messages to say data finished, you wait for 2 days for scheduled top up to activate then nothing happens, you no longer have data then you top up from bank, suprisingly a day after 3 sends message to say your scheduled plan has activated and money is taken from account again

Hello, mistakenly I topped up twice, then I paid €40 instead of €20, could you please credit my second payment on my account?

Once a top up completes it is non refundable but I'm happy to look at your account and see if there is anything that we can do.
